Great service although a few issues with the boiler which was not Jordan’s fault he gave us great advice on what to do and was able to get all sorted. Really appreciated all the help. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service from Start to Finish! Jordan from Essex Boilers Ltd was fantastic to deal with. From the very first message, communication was clear, professional, and friendly. He responded quickly, explained everything in detail, and offered a very reasonable price for the annual gas safety check. The appointment was arranged smoothly, and the work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. I received my gas safety certificate promptly by email as promised. It’s great to find a tradesperson who is reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about great customer service. I have used Essex Boilers Ltd a few times to replace radiators in my flat.  Jordan is very responsive with quotes and suggest really good quality radiators all at an excellent price.  I haven't a clue about radiators or heating but Jordan made it all smooth sailing.  Very tidy and gets on with the job. I had my new replacement gas boiler installed today. I was recommended to use Jordan by my brother who had his replacement gas boiler installed by Jordan last October. I must say both myself and my wife were extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and skill displayed by Jordan. The installation took two days, on each occasion Jordan communicated his ETA to reach out house. His time keeping and communication was first class. Jordan did fit our boiler and everything has just been excellent! Jordan attended with another man-what a team! The area they worked in was left spotless and they even labelled the hot water, cold water and gas pipes. The boiler does work so well. Jordan even called Cadent to fit a new key on our gas meter. The other day, I needed a bit of information relating to the boiler. I called Jordan and even though he was on holiday, he still answered and sent me a link. What dedicated professionalism. I would fully recommend this company that installed our house full heating system. Jordan did a professional work. He knew and delivered the work required beyond our expectation with a competitive quote. He suggested a pipework which was less damaging.
